They are product modifiers you will see across the Arc’teryx sale. SV is Severe Weather, our most durable protection for prolonged exposure, SL is Superlight, which favours low weight and packability over durability, and AR is All Round, for versatility across activities. Family names group similar products, with Alpha for lightweight climbing and alpinism gear, Beta for versatile use and Atom for synthetic insulation.
