RETURNS POLICY
- Items purchased at arcteryx.com.au may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
- Our team will provide you with a free return label
- For safety and health reasons, climbing harnesses and underwear cannot be returned. Shoes must be in their original packaging.
- Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Arc'teryx will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.
- Refunds may take between 8-10 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
- Items must be in as new condition with tags and returned in their original packaging.
- Items purchased anywhere except arcteryx.com.au must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Arc'teryx takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return if we suspect the order/return is being involved in a fraudulent activities (known as Returns Fraud):
- Returns can only be processed once the item has been received at our warehouse.
- If our nominated freight provider deems the parcel lost in transit we may proceed with the return.
- However, if the situation raises concerns of fraudulent behaviour (e.g.: parcel being redirect to another location or manipulate the return shipping address/label), we will not process the return and issue refund.
