Our industry-leading equipment supports every mission and the community of women and men who show up daily in service of others.

At this time, we are unable to extend our PRO Program to active-duty military and law enforcement personnel due to system limitations.

Terms and conditions:

1. Professional membership is a privilege, not a right. Abuse of any of the below terms will result in permanent removal from the program.
2. We will always prioritise the service and needs of our regular customers before Arc’teryx Professional members. We reserve the right to suspend the program as needed to ensure we maintain our service standards.
3. As a member of our Professional Program you are accepted as a brand ambassador and are expected to act accordingly at all times.
4. Purchases are for your personal use only. Orders with mixed sizing or genders will be subject to follow-up or cancellation.
5. Your Arc’teryx Professional pricing is strictly confidential. Please do not discuss your discount and pricing with anyone.
6. Products obtained through your Professional membership may not be resold under any circumstance.
7. Your Professional discount is only redeemable through arcteryx.com.au/arcteryx.co.nz. If possible, we welcome you to visit an Arc’teryx Brand Store to try on our gear before purchasing online. Please respect the priority of other guests by first identifying yourself to staff as a member of our Professional Program. Do not use any other Arc’teryx dealer as a location to try on products.
8. All members are required to renew their Professional membership once each year. Failure to provide current professional membership or qualification at the time of renewal will disqualify you from the Professional Program.
9. Your Professional membership has a purchase limit of $1,500 AUD/NZD per transaction after discount, with a maximum of 1x transaction per 6 months. Discount codes can only be administered one at a time.
10. All Professional Program discount codes are non transferrable with no change or credit supplied.
11. Professional discounts are only applied to products at full-RRP and not applicable to outlet products or used in conjunction with any other promotion.
12. Arc'teryx reserves the right to cancel any order placed if abuse is suspected. Discount codes will not be reissued for orders that have been cancelled due to suspected abuse.
