Keep your gear performing for longer with ReBIRD wash and repair services.

Participating stores

Free GORE-TEX wash

Drop off your Arc’teryx GORE-TEX jackets or pants at a participating store and we will wash them for you, free of charge. No booking required.

All accepted items will be machine washed, dried and reproofed with DWR.

  • Available once per calendar month, with a maximum of two items.
  • All items are inspected before washing. Items that may be damaged during washing will not be accepted.
  • Please bring a reusable bag when collecting your gear. Shopping bags are not provided with this complimentary service.

Repair

Bring damaged gear to a store offering repair services. The team can assess your item, arrange fixes in store where possible, or help with the warranty repair process.

Repair options depend on the item and its condition.
