SUPPLY CHAIN CHALLENGES
Due to increasing demands and manufacturing capacities, with advanced products like ours, where the manufacturing is complex and there are numerous components in every piece, sometimes you can't find the Arc'teryx products that you love on the website.
Sometimes our customer service team won't be able to provide you the exact time of when the products will be re-stocked.
WHAT WE’RE DOING
Instead of waiting for large shipments that come in all at once, we’ll be getting smaller batches of product on a rolling basis and replenishing stock as it becomes available.
Check in stores and online more frequently for these ongoing inventory updates.
We’re also working on the back end of our inventory system to update the functionality of the Notify Me button on our product pages to keep pace with the increased shipping frequency.
Signing up to our newsletters will give you the best chance at knowing new product releases and when products get restocked.
WHAT TO EXPECT
With most Hardshell jackets (e.g. Alpha, Beta etc.), the supply is limited due to manufacturing capacity, we do restock them regularly, but the time could be anywhere between 1 to 5 months.
And we will introduce a raffle system for the most demanded products in the future so everyone entering will have a fair chance of getting them.
