Arc’teryx QVB Grand Opening Weekend Activations – Terms & Conditions

General Information

All activations are conducted exclusively at Arc’teryx QVB, located at Shop G-002, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George St, Sydney NSW 2000.

Unless otherwise stated, all activations are available strictly while allocated quantities and promotional stock last.

Arc’teryx reserves the right to refuse participation where fraudulent, suspicious or abusive behaviour is identified.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Chance to Win Mystery Gift Activation

Promoter

Promotion Period

The promotion is available in store only at the Arc’teryx QVB store grand opening, located at Shop G-002, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George St, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia and commences at 9:00am AEST on Friday 22 May 2026 and concludes at 7:00pm AEST on Sunday 24 May 2026, unless terminated earlier due to exhaustion of Mystery Gift cards and/or prize inventory.

The promotion is strictly available while supplies last. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire with in store sales staff prior to purchasing if there are any Mystery Gift cards and/or prizes still to be won. Once all Mystery Gift cards and/or promotional inventory have been exhausted, the promotion will immediately end, with notification in-store verbally and in writing at the point of sale.

Eligible Participants

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or older who:
• attend Arc’teryx QVB during the promotion period;
• complete an eligible purchase transaction in-store at Arc’teryx QVB;
• provide a valid email address at the time of purchase; and
• opt in to receive email marketing communications from Arc’teryx at the time of transaction.

Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian consent to participate. Employees of Amer Sports Australia Pty Ltd, associated agencies, contractors directly involved in the promotion and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation at the Promoter’s discretion.

Eligible Transactions

• One (1) qualifying purchase transaction equals one (1) Mystery Gift card.
• Limited to one (1) Mystery Gift card per person, per day.
• Multiple transactions by the same individual on the same day are not eligible for additional Mystery Gift cards.
• Purchases must be completed in-store at Arc’teryx QVB only.
• Online purchases are not eligible. • Lay-bys, refunds, exchanges and prior purchases are not eligible.
• A valid email address must be provided at the time of purchase.
• Customers must opt in to Arc’teryx email marketing communications to be eligible to receive and redeem a Mystery Gift.

Arc’teryx reserves the right to refuse participation where fraudulent, duplicate or suspicious activity is identified.

Promotion Mechanics

Eligible customers will receive one sealed Mystery Gift card at the point of purchase. A total of 2,000 Mystery Gift cards is available during the promotion period, comprising:
• 861 winning Mystery Gift cards; and
• 1,139 non-winning Mystery Gift cards Not all Mystery Gift cards contain a prize.

Each winning Mystery Gift card corresponds to a randomly allocated prize. Prizes are awarded entirely by chance. Mystery Gift cards must be opened and redeemed in-store at Arc’teryx QVB during the promotion period and prior to 7:00pm AEST Sunday 24 May 2026.

Mystery Gift cards:
• cannot be redeemed online;
• cannot be redeemed at any other Arc’teryx location; and
• become void after the promotion period concludes.

Total Prize Pool Value: AUD $50,650. Prize quantities are strictly limited and available only while stocks last.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value where required due to stock availability, sizing or operational requirements.

Prize Redemption Conditions

• All prizes must be redeemed in-person at Arc’teryx QVB prior to 7:00pm AEST Sunday 24 May 2026.
• Customers must present the original Mystery Gift card to redeem.
• Redeemed Mystery Gift cards will be retained by Arc’teryx staff.
• Mystery Gift cards that are damaged, copied, altered or tampered with are void.
• Unredeemed prizes are forfeited once the promotion period ends.
• Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash, store credit or alternative products unless determined by Arc’teryx in its absolute discretion.


Product Conditions

• No returns or exchanges.
• Normal warranty applies.
• In-stock items only.
• Until supplies last.
• Must be redeemed in store at Arc’teryx QVB during the promotion period.
• Not redeemable for cash or alternative items.
• Gifts are non-transferable.
• Arc’teryx reserves the right to substitute items where required.
• Sizing and colour availability are subject to stock on hand at the time of redemption.

Winner Publication

Winners of prizes valued over AUD $500 will have their first initial, surname and postcode published on the Arc’teryx Australia website within 28 business days of the promotion end date.

Privacy

By participating in the promotion, customers consent to Arc’teryx collecting and using their personal information, including email address information, for:
• administration of the promotion;
• verification of eligibility; and
• email marketing communications.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Arc’teryx’s Privacy Policy.

Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time after the promotion.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
• lost, stolen or damaged Mystery Gift cards;
• technical or operational issues affecting the promotion;
• unavailable stock;
• incorrect customer information provided at point of sale; or
• any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation in the promotion or use of any prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.

NSW Trade Promotion Compliance

This promotion is conducted as a trade promotion lottery under applicable Australian legislation.

Beanie Exchange Activation - Terms & Conditions

Activation Period

The Beanie Exchange activation is available on Friday 22 May 2026 only, while allocated quantities last.

Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals attending Arc’teryx QVB during the activation period.

Activation Mechanics

• Participation is limited to the first fifty (50) eligible participants.
• Eligible participants will receive a numbered ticket from 1–50 in order of arrival.
• Participants must present their numbered ticket to redeem.
• One (1) exchange per person.
• Participants must surrender one old beanie at the time of exchange.
• Customers do not need to make a purchase to participate. Product Conditions
• Arc’teryx Bird Head Toques are available strictly while allocated event stock lasts.
• Exchanged products are not refundable or exchangeable.
• No cash, credit or alternative products will be offered.
• Arc’teryx reserves the right to refuse beanies considered damaged, unhygienic, unsafe or unsuitable for collection.
• Arc’teryx reserves the right to substitute products where operationally required.

Community Redistribution

Collected beanies will be repurposed, recycled, redistributed or donated through community or charitable initiatives at Arc’teryx’s discretion.

Liability

Arc’teryx accepts no responsibility for:
• lost or stolen numbered tickets;
• unavailable stock;
• refusal of unsuitable donated items; or
• any technical or operational interruption affecting the activation.
