Terms & Conditions of Entry

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms & Conditions. The Schedule and these Terms & Conditions together form the terms of entry. If there is any inconsistency, the Schedule prevails. By entering the Promotion, an entrant accepts these Terms & Conditions.

Entry is open only to eligible entrants described in the Schedule. Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period. All stated times are local Melbourne, Victoria times unless expressly stated otherwise.

To enter, an entrant must complete the Method of Entry during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid submissions will not be accepted.

Entry is free. A purchase and consent to receive marketing communications are not conditions of entry. If an entrant separately chooses to subscribe to marketing, that consent will be managed independently of the Promotion.

The time of entry is the time the completed survey submission is received by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries, including entries not received because of a technical or communications failure.

The entry limit in the Schedule applies. The Promoter may compare entry details and other available submission information to identify duplicate or attempted duplicate entries. Only the first valid entry from a person will be accepted, and the Promoter may disqualify an entrant who deliberately attempts to circumvent the entry limit.

Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning. The winners will be selected at random in accordance with the Prize Draw details in the Schedule. The first two valid eligible entries drawn will each win one prize.

The Promoter may draw and record reserve entries in order. If a selected entry is invalid, the entrant is ineligible, or the entrant cannot accept the prize, the prize may be awarded to the first valid reserve entry.

A winner does not need to be present at the draw. The Promoter will notify winners and publish the results as described in the Schedule. The Promoter is not responsible if it cannot contact a winner because the winner supplied incorrect or incomplete contact details.

The prizes and their values are specified in the Schedule. The market and currency of each voucher will be determined by the winner's country of residence: Australia or New Zealand. A voucher may be used only in the market for which it is issued.

Each voucher is subject to the stated expiry date and any reasonable terms of use supplied with it. A voucher is not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorisation, except where required by law.

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable legal requirements. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in a prize's value.

A winner must claim and accept their prize as instructed in the winner notification. If a prize is not claimed within the time reasonably specified by the Promoter, the Promoter may conduct the Unclaimed Prize Draw described in the Schedule.

The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants and may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits misleading information, breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct intended to obtain an unfair advantage.

If an event beyond the Promoter's reasonable control prevents the Promotion from proceeding as planned, the Promoter may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable law. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify entrants of any material change.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from entry into the Promotion or use of a prize.

The Promoter will collect and use entrants' personal information to administer the survey and Promotion, validate entries, conduct the draws, contact winners, publish winner details as described in the Schedule, deliver prizes, conduct research and improve its products, services and communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy and applicable Australian and New Zealand privacy laws.

Personal information will not be used to send marketing communications unless the entrant has separately opted in or the use is otherwise permitted by law. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.

Survey responses may be analysed and reported in aggregated or de-identified form for research, profiling and business-planning purposes. The Promoter will not publicly attribute an entrant's individual survey responses to them without consent, except where required by law.

The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Victoria and any other jurisdiction whose laws apply to the entrant or Promotion.
