RETURNS POLICY

  • Items purchased at arcteryx.com.au may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • Our team will provide you with a free return label
  • Any discounted products purchased from "outlet" or "End of Season" collections are final, and will NOT be eligible for change of mind returns (change of mind return examples: Sizing, Colour, Style).
  • For safety and health reasons, climbing harnesses and underwear cannot be returned. Shoes must be in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Arc'teryx will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.
  • Refunds may take between 8-10 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
  • Items must be in as new condition with tags and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items purchased anywhere except arcteryx.com.au must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • Online purchase from this website can also be returned to any Arc'teryx brand store in Australia, except Chadstone store (VIC) and Moorabbin Airport outlet store (VIC).
  • Arc'teryx will process the refunds per below conditions:
    • Refunds can only be processed once the item has been received at our warehouse in good and resalable condition with original tagging in place.
    • If our nominated freight provider confirms the parcel lost in transit we may proceed with the refund.
    • However, if our investigation confirms abuse of our refund process e.g. parcel being redirect to another location or manipulation of the return shipping address/label, we reserve the right to deny refund. Our investigation results with details on why refund has been denied would be shared with you once the investigation is concluded.
