Keep the good in play
We know that washing your gear can be intimidating, but keeping things clean keeps your gear in play for longer.
Drop off your Arc’teryx GORE-TEX jackets or pants and we will take care of washing it for you, free of charge.
To comply with our sustainability practices, we kindly encourage you to bring a reusable bag on collection since no shopping bag will be offered with this complementary service.
Select from one of our participating store locations below and create a booking. Then simply bring in your gear on the day and we’ll take care of the rest.
Please note, you can only book the free wash service once per calendar month and you are allowed to drop off a maximum of 2 items.
Bookings are essential. We can only accept items for guests who have made a booking.
All items will be machine washed, dried and reproofed with DWR.
*Please note that all items will be inspected by Arc’teryx Staff, any items that may be damaged in the wash process will not be accepted.
